This page explains what FeedCraft (“we”) collects when you use feedcraft.studio, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you ask for a quote: your name, email, company, website link, the services you picked and your brief.
- Basic technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
- Advertising and analytics. We may use tools from Meta, Google and TikTok to measure our own ads and see how visitors use the site. These may set cookies or similar identifiers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver work you hire us for.
- To measure and improve our site and our ads.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site for us: hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and the advertising and analytics tools named above. Each handles data only to provide its service.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are talking to you, and for as long as we need them for our records afterwards. Ask us and we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and limit ad personalisation in your Meta, Google and TikTok settings.
